Dan Prussman
Creative Systems Architect
For more than 20 years, I’ve worked across filmmaking, design, and digital development — not just creating creative work, but learning where it breaks when scale, speed, and complexity are introduced.
Today, my focus is on designing systems that make creative output predictable, repeatable, and aligned across image, video, and narrative work. I apply systems thinking to creative production, translating intent, taste, and direction into operational frameworks teams can actually run — especially as AI and automation increase both opportunity and risk.
Through Framepoint, I work with brands and agencies to replace ad-hoc creative workflows with structured systems: defining creative intent, encoding constraints, enabling scalable output, and monitoring quality as work evolves. This includes building mechanisms that surface early signals when tone, story, or brand alignment begin to drift — so teams can correct intentionally instead of reacting late.
My background spans brand systems, campaigns, digital ecosystems, and content platforms, including leading large-scale brand transformations and implementing AI-supported creative workflows inside real organizations. The common thread across that work is simple: creative excellence isn’t accidental — it’s engineered.
I work best with teams that care about craft and operational clarity — organizations that want creative work to move faster without losing its integrity. The goal isn’t more output. It’s
reliable, high-quality creative systems that hold up as things scale.
